I am looking to reinstate my newsletter but have decided against using Constant Contact, for commercial reasons and would like to explore local (UK) options.
Ideally I would like to host and administer my own and would be looking for a package that has reports built in, is double opt-in compliant and supports html emails.
Recommendations welcomed.
