I am hoping someone here would be able to give me some ideas as to the best way to market to older/retired people who don't have access to the internet.

One of my businesses is in the property industry targeting property owners and is very much internet/database driven. However, I know that a large proportion of property owners (i.e. the older generation) do not have access to the internet and/or don't know how to use one, which means they are unable to utilise my service. I don't want to ignore this social group, and want to be able to "mould" my business to incorporate them. In order to do that, I need to be able to market and advertise my business to them and make them aware of us. Any ideas as to the best way of advertising to the older generation without resorting to television or radio advertising (budget is low!).

Thank you in advance!

the silver market is a very big market with rapidly aging population in many countries. Study Japan and you can learn lots of stuff from them
