i need help with my internet business?

Hi i have decided to expand my business to the internet recently and need help promoting it i have been looking at trafficing sites and have used pay per click but no joy does anyone know of any places of where i can get free trafficing and free banner advertising? but at the same time im not website plastered with other peoples advertisments. Also i could do with some feed back on my site as i only build PC's and it come to making my own website this was a whole new thing for me. so im needing to know if it looks the part and if not what can i improve with great thanks with all your information
