My driving school business is doing ok but the area i work in is more flooded than the ***anic. The number of schools has more than trebled in the last 2 years just within a 5 mile radius of my home. How do you make yourself stand out from the crowd?

Product differentiation...
give a little bit more, an extra 5 or 10 mins per lesson more than your enemys, pick up and drop off, give your pupils a bit more help, word of mouth is the best advert.
