What's unique about your products?
Will you be able to compete with the bigger companies?
Do you have suppliers who will supply you with unique products that no other company has?
Do you have any copyright or patents for any of your products?
Have you researched amd seen a gap in the market to exploit?
These are some of the questions you have to ask yourself before you start any business and get any investors intersted.
The market is insanely competitive both on the net and in the shops, a big company with hugh profits will reduce the price of their products or build stores around your company to take your customers away.

You can always get a loan I know many small business owners who are the same age as you or younger. That have started successful businesses you just need to have a good plan and know your financials and everything of the like. If you wouldn't mind explaining your business a little further then we could provide a more accurate analysis of if your company will do well.
Go with your idea to guys who have the money to make it happen for you. Split 50 / 50 with them and you've got yourself both a company and a nice, relaxed future ahead of you. That is, if what you've got there is worth anything. If it's not, then you'll fail.
