If you're not aware on 5th April this year lots of tax changes are coming into effect that were announced in last years budget. The one likely to affect most people will be the 2p hike in fuel duty, i'm pretty certain this will still go ahead despite mass opposition to it.
The BBC has a good run down of whats coming up, worth a read. I think most people will be worse off but a small minority will benefit.
