General Haulage Business Marketing Flyer?

I have recently inherited a General Haulage Business which has one foot stuck in the past. I need to drag it screaming into this century. Any suggestions please. Firstly I would like to put together a marketing flyer to attract new business. I do not want to instruct a marketing firm I want to write the flyer myself. Could anyone suggest any sites which would give me some help doing this so the finished article does not appear "homemade".

microsoft publisher not too bad for starters for your flyer, Don't try to change things too quickly, Drivers can be your best asset if treated correctly or your worst enemy if things change too quickly, BELIEVE ME I KNOW, because i am one. Obviously you are in charge but take advise off people within the company that are experienced and know the industry, this will also help you to identify the "bad eggs within" (for future reference)when things are going well. If you all work together the improvements you want too make will benefit everyone and the company should move forward, but too many changes will just start antagonising people & get the "she dont know what she's doing, in over her head, band wagon rolling.
