Today i've been let down by two courier companies and last week had another un in with some delivery drivers.

I'm not sure what it is with courier companies but I really don't think there is a good one. Today I had two parcels delivered by Business Post that looked like they had been used as substitute footballs.

I ordered a guillotine and was told it would definitely be delivered by 5pm today - nowhere to be seen! And finally I sent three parcels for delivery to France last Thursday and they still haven?t even left the country.

I'm beginning to think i've run over a gypsy with the luck i'm having with couriers. Their business model is great though. Pay us for accepting your parcel, we lose it and then we don?t have to pay you anything! Priceless!

Rant over for today http://www.uksmallbusinessfocus.co.uk/images/smileys/smile.gif

Cannot say that I blame you for the rant. What is really aggravating is when you stay home waiting for something that is due to come and it never shows up.

May I recommend City Link. They still have their problems but I find them more reliable than some other companies

I think I just found a new business venture...

C3 Enterprises (- Capably Courteous Couriers.)

I'm a good delivery driver - I often pick up parcels for my brother...I even put the seatbelt around them to keep them safe!!
