My view is that you need trusted contacts to partner you in your gem stone business and the internet would not be an ideal place to find someone like that. You may get scammed instead. Good luck

I would aviod a partnership at all costs. I have known a few companies that have had problems after starting up as a partnership. Even though things may be fine now will you still both agree about the business direction in 5 years time?

Why do you need a partner Mystry? Is it for their business knowledge, their gem stone knowledge, their contacts, their investment capital, what?

I think the advice already given, to avoid a partnership if you can, is good. Unless you know & trust someone already, I personally don't think it's the way forward.
