Small (new) business marketing tips?

As a newly established small business selling business to business professional services where are the best places to advertise? I have a limited budget, I have a website, I have a yellow pages ad which goes live next month. Any good suggestions?

If I was you I would be networking at business link they run loads of FREE events, and work shops you will be surrounded by new businesses wanting professional advice. You get a chance to sell your business and pick up good advice. Also I would be going through the directorys contacting business, target a sector/industry as you go. Emails are free!!
