If I were you I would create a webpage advertising your place,then you also could sign up and get a myspace and advertise on there. Alot of bands advertise on there and they're are millions of people on there too..

There are hundreds of British estate agents that specialise in selling properties and businesses in Spain. Find one that covers your region. I imagine their fee would be worth the exposure, and it's only payable on successful sale.
