Setting Up A Advertising Business?

Does anybody know of a advertising webhost? I want to set up my own advertising busines like the loot, I have got some funds but not thousands, I need a website that offers the default template and easy adding your advertisement soaftware! If anybody knows of some please post them here.

Sounds like something really hard to do. You'd have to persuade people to advertise on it. When you figure out how to do that, the rest should follow easily.

Every area has a Business Development Association, which offers help and advice to business entrepreneurs. They run courses and workshops, put you in touch with people who can help you, arrange free one-off advice sessions with experts, etc. I'd make them your first port of call.
