I am looking mainly for information on setting up a business but am not sure how to start....

I am wanting to start it with my brother, we both have good knowledge of errors, and how to fix them we can fix between us like 80% of errors without having to think hard..

I need some information on tax and whatever else is needed...

I am Wanting some info if it would be possible to do maybe a home company.. so we would drive and collect their pc and then take it back our Office room(spair room) and maybe do a No Fix - No Fee service.....

The thing about us is that we would post flyers in everyones doors, with information on what we do and what we can sell ect... say for instance a basic, virus scan, trojan scan, adware scan ect and defrag... diskcleanup would cost in pc world like £50, high street stores it would cost like £35-£45 we would do it at like £25 cos its only like 15 mins work...

but you have no unique selling point as anybody can do that themselves

I'm not trying to be discouraging here but this area is saturated at the moment. You will have a very hard time competing with more established companies.

I have around 8-10 phone calls every week from various pc repair companies asking me to recommend them to my clients or offering me a kick back for passing them work.

Yea, computer repair tends to be over satuated but I guess if you feel that you can take over the companies around you then that works. But so what exactly are you wanting for estimated?

Like how much it will cost you?
