As I have said many times over and over, there's no need to offer free work which has a negative impact in driving down the revenue available to the design trade.

If you do want to offer free work, give something away to a charity, not-for-profit group, or help a close friend or spouse get started (although don't get trapped in the "mate's rates" trend).

Agree with you completely; work should not done for me free (in all fields including design) for profit companies; slavery has been outlawed long time ago :) :)
