Paid links

Are paid links worth it? I have been having talks with an SEO bod who says that I need to get more incoming links to my website.

I thought the best way was to get natural links back. Will paying for links work?

A good start would be to become a premium member of Kent business Forum. Then you can put a link to your website in your signature. It will show up on every post that you make.

Be careful when buying links to your site. Google is a very clever beast and will penalise you for not playing fair.

My advice is to look for forums and blogs that focus around your area of business and get involved. Make useful posts and put a link to your site in your signature. Also, head on over to www.kentfind.co.uk and add a free listing for your business.
