I am thinking about adding a "live chat" box to one of the online stores that I run. Does anyone use one?

I guess it means I will have to ensure it is manned during business hours?

try providesupport.com, you have to pay but its only a small amount per month, we use it on our support site and have to say it works brilliant. theres a free trial available via their website should you want it

its very good, you can use a windows based system eg if you support from a static pc, or use a web based version if your at eg a cybercafe or different pc...

if you need a hand to set anything up please feel free tomail me on support@kwhs.co.uk and i`ll give you a hand.. we tried many different ones before using this one... i`m sure it will suit your need.

its a good bit of kit dan, very customisable.... if thats how its spelt.. lol :coffee:

as you know you have seen it on our site, we though don`t use it to its full potential as theres alot of shortcut tags you can paste to customers that will open up webpages etc for them as some are challenged to do this themselves... lol

good bit of kit, would be interesting to hear your feedback too dan ;)
