When shopping online there are many different thought process everybody goes through to choose who they are going to buy from.
Shopping in real life is much simpler, we go into town, go to the shop with the goods, buy, pay with cash or card and walk/drive home with out new purchase.
Online though, due to all these warnings and fraudsters about, what makes you decide on buying from a certains shop online?
- SSL (even if they don't accept DC and CC directly)
- And would a 'Site Seal' alleviate security concerns for you?
- Payment Processor
- Brand/Company Name
- Reviews/Testomonials
- Check 'Blagger' to make sure the company hasn't got a bad history
- Recommendations from friends
- Offers they may have on
- The way the site looks? (Interesting one this)
Cheers
